Buddytoon
Buddytoon is an upcoming app for reading and supporting comics and manga — built around a reader-centric donation model: reading stays free, and support reaches the creator directly.
The idea is simple to state and hard to build: no subscription wall between a curious reader and the first chapter, and no opaque revenue pool between a generous reader and the artist. Readers browse and read for free; when a story moves them, one tap sends support straight to its creator.

Where it stands
